1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and ubet95 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ubet95 online gaming platform, accessible at ubet95.cam and any related mobile applications, subdomains, or services (collectively, the "Service").

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on ubet95. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ubet95 employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, and any funds or winnings may be forfeited.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other online services;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;

ubet95 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be deemed authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

ubet95 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, counter-terrorism financing regulations, and PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements. As part of these obligations, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months);

Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. All submitted documents will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

If a deposit does not appear in your account within thirty (30) minutes, contact customer support with transaction details. ubet95 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose processing fees which are beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: PHP 200.
• Processing Time: E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) typically process within 5 minutes to 24 hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Verification Requirements: Your account must be KYC-verified before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.

ubet95 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, if there is suspected fraudulent activity, or if requested documentation has not been provided.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In compliance with Philippine AML laws, ubet95 monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. Unusually large deposits, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles with minimal wagering, or other patterns consistent with money laundering will trigger enhanced due diligence and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 Game Contribution

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Maximum Bet Rule

While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically PHP 200–500 per spin or hand, as specified in Bonus Terms). Exceeding the maximum bet amount while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

7. Game Rules and Fairness

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ubet95 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, audio, software, and game content, is the property of ubet95 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from ubet95.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ubet95 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ubet95 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Termination by ubet95

ubet95 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity;
• Prolonged account inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months).

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding voided bonuses or disputed funds) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to you, provided all wagering requirements have been met and KYC verification is complete.

13. Amendments to Terms

ubet95 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, on-site notification, or posting on the Terms & Conditions page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Service shall be resolved through the following process:

• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.
• Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, with proceedings conducted in Metro Manila.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ubet95.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
